About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join their Placement & Corporate Relations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating campus placements and fostering meaningful relationships with corporate partners to benefit students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Campus Placement Coordination: Organizing and managing end-to-end placement drives for students across various programmes
- Corporate Outreach: Identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with recruiters and industry stakeholders
- Industry Engagement: Coordinating with companies to understand hiring needs and aligning them with student profiles
- Student Support: Guiding and preparing students for recruitment processes, interviews, and professional opportunities
This role requires strong communication and networking skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or a related HR/talent acquisition function would be an advantage.
