Key responsibilities include:
- Processing monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
- Maintaining and updating payroll records and employee data
- Resolving payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits as required
