A leading transnational systems organisation is looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join its team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle and ensuring timely, accurate disbursement of employee compensation in line with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The role demands a thorough understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and relevant labour laws. The Payroll Manager will work closely with HR and finance teams to maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy across payroll functions.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations including PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate timely reports for management
