Payroll Manager

The employer is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the organisation's payroll function with accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory regulations, tax laws, and labour legislation
• Maintaining and auditing payroll records and resolving any discrepancies
• Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Preparing payroll reports and summaries for management review

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance (including PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax), and a proven ability to manage payroll processes within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
