Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand

Strada is looking for an experienced Payroll Country Owner to take ownership of payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and sits within Strada's payroll practice.

The Payroll Country Owner will serve as the subject-matter expert and primary point of accountability for in-country payroll processes, compliance, and service delivery across the AU and NZ markets. The role requires a strong understanding of payroll legislation, regulations, and operational best practices specific to these two countries.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, and a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all payroll activities.
