Strada is seeking an experienced Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.

About the role

Strada is looking for a skilled Payroll Country Owner to take ownership of payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and sits within the Strada Payroll division.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for AU and NZ payroll, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in line with local legislative requirements. They will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations and translating these into operational best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the in-country payroll authority for Australia and New Zealand
  • Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for both regions
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll queries and issues
  • Ensuring adherence to local statutory and regulatory requirements
