Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand
Strada is seeking an experienced Payroll Country Owner to manage end-to-end payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processes for Australia and New Zealand within Strada's payroll delivery function. The Payroll Country Owner serves as the subject-matter expert for the assigned countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of AU and NZ payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and local compliance frameworks. They will act as the primary point of contact for country-specific payroll matters, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and legislative requirements
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for AU and NZ payroll processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client payroll needs
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence within the payroll function
