Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand
Strada is seeking a Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is responsible for owning end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand within Strada's payroll practice. The Payroll Country Owner serves as the primary subject-matter expert for in-country payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and operational best practices across both markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in AU and NZ and translating those changes into operational updates.
