Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand

Strada is looking for a Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand to join its payroll delivery team in Kochi, Kerala. This role carries ownership responsibility for end-to-end payroll operations across two key markets: Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert for AU and NZ payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in line with local legislative requirements. The role demands a strong understanding of payroll regulations specific to both countries.

• Own and manage payroll processes for Australia and New Zealand
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation and standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries and escalations for the assigned countries
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in payroll delivery
