Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand
Strada is seeking a Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is responsible for owning end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. The Payroll Country Owner serves as the primary subject-matter expert for payroll compliance, processes, and operations across both countries, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence at all times.
The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for country-specific payroll matters, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive consistent, high-quality payroll outcomes. A strong understanding of AU and NZ payroll legislation, tax frameworks, and statutory requirements is essential.
