Strada is looking for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, and sits within Strada's payroll practice.
As Payroll Country Owner, the selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll management for the assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in line with local regulatory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AU and NZ payroll legislation, a track record of managing country-level payroll functions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to maintain high service standards.
