Strada is seeking an experienced Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.

About the role

Strada is looking for a Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand to join its payroll delivery team in Kochi, Kerala. This role carries end-to-end ownership of payroll processes for the AU and NZ markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across both countries.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert for Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. They will be responsible for maintaining payroll quality, driving process improvements, and acting as the primary escalation point for country-specific payroll queries.

  • Own and manage end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax laws, and statutory obligations
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for AU & NZ payroll matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence
