About the role

Strada is looking for an experienced Payroll Country Owner to take ownership of payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. Based in Kochi, Kerala, this position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across both countries.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert for AU and NZ payroll, acting as the primary point of accountability for in-country payroll operations. This includes managing compliance with local legislation, overseeing payroll cycles, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local payroll legislation and regulations
  • Serve as the escalation point for payroll queries and issues in both countries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain service quality
