Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand
Strada is seeking a Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is responsible for owning end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand within Strada's payroll operations function. The Payroll Country Owner serves as the primary subject-matter expert for country-specific payroll compliance, legislation, and process governance.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead payroll processing activities, ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory requirements, and act as the key point of contact for escalations related to AU and NZ payroll. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors will be a core part of the role.
