Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand
Strada is seeking a Payroll Country Owner to manage and oversee payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, based out of Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is responsible for owning end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand within Strada's payroll practice. The Payroll Country Owner serves as the primary subject-matter expert for these two markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all payroll processes.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and best practices applicable to AU and NZ, while collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
