Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand

Strada is looking for a skilled Payroll Country Owner to take ownership of payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and sits within Strada's payroll practice, requiring a strong command of payroll processes specific to the AU and NZ markets.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for payroll compliance, operations, and service delivery across both countries. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution in line with local legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand
• Acting as the in-country payroll expert and point of escalation
• Ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements and service quality
