Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand

Strada is looking for a Payroll Country Owner – Australia & New Zealand to join its payroll delivery team in Kochi, Kerala. This role carries end-to-end accountability for payroll operations across the AU and NZ markets, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients in those regions.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert for Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation, acting as the primary point of escalation for country-specific queries, compliance requirements, and process improvements. Strong knowledge of local statutory obligations and payroll best practices is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and overseeing the full payroll cycle for Australia and New Zealand
• Ensuring compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and drive process excellence
• Acting as the go-to expert for AU and NZ payroll matters within the organisation
