Payment Posting Specialist

Ventra Health is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position plays a key role in the company's revenue cycle operations, ensuring that payments are recorded accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and posting payments to patient accounts, reconciling payments against remittance advices, and identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Post insurance and patient payments to the appropriate accounts
• Review and reconcile explanation of benefits (EOBs) and electronic remittance advices (ERAs)
• Identify underpayments, denials, and discrepancies and escalate as needed
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards in line with company guidelines

Candidates with prior experience in healthcare billing, payment posting, or revenue cycle management are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with medical billing software will be considered an advantage.
