The employer is looking for a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist to support its revenue cycle operations. This role centers on the accurate and timely posting of payments to patient accounts within a healthcare billing setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing electronic remittances and manual payments, identifying and resolving posting discrepancies, and ensuring accounts are reconciled in accordance with established procedures.
- Posting insurance and patient payments accurately to the billing system
- Reviewing and reconciling electronic remittance advice (ERA) and explanation of benefits (EOB)
- Identifying underpayments, denials, and discrepancies and escalating as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the broader revenue cycle team
This is a full-time opportunity based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, suited to candidates with a background in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle processes and a strong eye for numerical accuracy.
