This role is focused on supporting and maintaining global payment processing operations. The specialist will work to ensure that cross-border transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Payment Processing: Monitoring and managing day-to-day payment flows across multiple international corridors
- Issue Resolution: Identifying, investigating, and resolving payment exceptions, failures, or delays in a timely manner
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with internal teams to identify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvements
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring all transactions adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems and operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment. Prior experience in fintech, banking, or financial services operations is considered an advantage.
