About the role
This role is focused on counselling students who are considering overseas education opportunities. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding each student's academic background, career aspirations, and preferences, and then providing tailored guidance on suitable universities and programs abroad.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and their families
- Advising on university selection, course options, and eligibility criteria for international institutions
- Assisting students with application documentation, SOPs, and related processes
- Staying updated on admission requirements, visa procedures, and scholarship opportunities across major study destinations
- Meeting counselling and conversion targets as set by the organisation
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in international education, and the ability to build trust with students and parents. Prior experience in overseas education counselling or a related field will be an advantage.
