OPT Recruiter

The employer is looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and place candidates who are on Optional Practical Training (OPT) status.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to match OPT candidates with suitable job openings.

• Source and screen OPT candidates through various channels
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for OPT talent
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand placement requirements
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement status

This is an on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, suited for individuals with a keen interest in talent acquisition and international candidate recruitment.
