- Identify relevant projects and opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar portals
- Write compelling, customised bid proposals to attract potential clients
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and convert leads into projects
- Maintain and update records of bids, client interactions, and project pipelines
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms and a strong ability to craft persuasive proposals. Good written communication skills and a proactive approach to business development are essential for this role.
