About the role
The employer is seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join their team in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads by actively bidding on projects across online freelancing and outsourcing platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying relevant projects and opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar portals
- Writing compelling, customised proposals and bids to attract potential clients
- Communicating with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of acquired projects
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT services and software development concepts, strong written communication skills in English, and prior experience in online bidding or business development. The ability to meet targets and work independently is essential.
