About the role
The employer is seeking a motivated Online Bidder to join their team in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new clients by actively bidding on projects across online platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar portals
- Write compelling, customised proposals tailored to client requirements
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of acquired projects
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online bidding portals, strong written communication skills, and the ability to craft persuasive proposals. Prior experience in IT services or software project bidding will be an advantage.
