Onboarding Specialist

The employer is looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist based in Kozhikode, Kerala to manage and streamline the onboarding journey for new users or clients.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new joiners or customers are welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Guide new users or clients through the onboarding process end-to-end
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the initial onboarding phase
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Address queries and resolve issues that arise during onboarding
