About the role
Campari Group is looking for a motivated and commercially driven On & Off Trade Specialist to join its team in Bangalore. This role is focused on strengthening the brand's footprint across both on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retail, modern trade) channels.
The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners, executing brand activations, and ensuring optimal product visibility and availability across assigned accounts.
- Drive volume and distribution targets across on-trade and off-trade accounts
- Execute trade marketing initiatives and in-outlet activations
- Build lasting relationships with outlet owners, buyers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
