About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated professional to join their Placements & Career Services team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The selected candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between students and industry by facilitating placement drives and career-related initiatives.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating on-campus and off-campus placement activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruiting companies and industry partners
- Providing career guidance and support to students throughout the placement process
- Organizing career fairs, workshops, and employer engagement events
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to networking, and a genuine interest in student career development. Prior experience in placements, HR, or a related field will be an advantage.
