The successful candidate will serve as a domain expert in supply planning processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement, optimise, and sustain o9-based planning capabilities. The role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and hands-on experience with the o9 digital planning tool.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for o9 supply planning modules
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align planning processes with system capabilities
- Support deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of o9 supply planning solutions
- Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to planning teams
