About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Digital Wellness and Productivity Strategist to join our growing team in India. This role focuses on researching, documenting, and developing frameworks around the critical issue of No Rate Limiting — the phenomenon where instant digital availability, unrestricted notifications, and always-on communication channels systematically erode deep focus, cognitive performance, and workplace productivity. As organizations across India rapidly scale their digital infrastructure, the absence of thoughtful rate-limiting practices in communication tools, platforms, and workflows has created a silent productivity crisis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of human attention systems, behavioral psychology, and enterprise technology environments to help businesses reclaim structured, intentional work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on how unrestricted digital availability impacts employee focus, mental health, and organizational output across Indian enterprises and startups.
  • Develop and implement rate-limiting policy frameworks that define healthy communication boundaries, response time expectations, and notification management protocols for teams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and HR teams to identify digital touchpoints where instant availability demands are causing measurable disruptions to deep work cycles.
  • Design and deliver training workshops and awareness programs educating employees and leadership on the neuroscience of attention, context switching costs, and the long-term consequences of constant interruption.
  • Benchmark organizational communication patterns against global best practices and recommend technology configurations, tool settings, and cultural norms that support focused work environments.
  • Produce detailed reports, case studies, and white papers documenting the business impact of no-rate-limiting environments and presenting evidence-based solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented digital boundaries and focus-protection strategies, iterating on approaches based on measurable productivity and well-being outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging research in cognitive science, digital minimalism, and enterprise productivity tools to continuously refine organizational recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Indian or international institution.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital wellness consulting, workplace productivity strategy, enterprise change management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of attention management theories, cognitive load research, and the documented effects of multitasking and notification overload on professional performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders including C-suite executives, technology teams, and frontline employees across diverse Indian workplace cultures.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate quantitative productivity metrics into compelling strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce polished reports, presentations, and training materials independently.
  • Familiarity with enterprise communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email management systems, including their configuration and governance capabilities.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package aligned with Indian market standards, with performance-linked incentives and annual review cycles.
  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and remote options, embodying the very principles of focused, boundary-respecting work culture this role champions.
  • Access to a dedicated learning and development budget for certifications, conferences, and research resources in productivity science and digital wellness.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits including mental health support, medical insurance, and structured focus time built into the weekly work schedule.
  • Opportunity to build a meaningful professional legacy by shaping how Indian organizations approach sustainable productivity and human-centered digital work environments.
