About the role
The employer is seeking a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join their team in Delhi, India. This role is focused on the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Nexthink platform to support end-user computing and IT operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and performance of the Nexthink environment, enabling data-driven insights into the digital employee experience. This includes managing dashboards, investigations, campaigns, and remote actions within the platform.
- Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform infrastructure
- Configure and manage dashboards, metrics, and alerts
- Support IT teams with actionable analytics and end-user experience data
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors as required
- Ensure best practices are followed for platform governance and performance
