The employer is looking for a skilled Nexthink Administrator based in Delhi, India to join their IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Nexthink platform to ensure optimal digital employee experience across the organisation.
This role involves overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Nexthink solutions, enabling the IT department to proactively monitor, analyse, and improve end-user computing environments.
- Administer and maintain the Nexthink digital experience management platform
- Monitor end-user device health, performance, and experience metrics
- Support IT operations through data-driven insights and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve workplace technology issues
