About the role
The organisation is looking for a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join its IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Nexthink platform, supporting digital employee experience initiatives and ensuring the health and performance of the IT environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Nexthink platform
- Monitoring end-user experience and IT infrastructure performance through Nexthink dashboards and analytics
- Developing and managing Nexthink investigations, metrics, scores, and campaigns
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to identify and resolve end-user experience issues proactively
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the Nexthink platform in an enterprise environment, along with a solid understanding of IT operations and end-user computing. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
