About the role
The employer is seeking a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join their team in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Nexthink platform to ensure optimal digital employee experience and IT infrastructure visibility.
In this role, the administrator will oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Nexthink components, working closely with IT teams to monitor endpoint performance, identify issues, and drive proactive remediation across the organisation.
- Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform and its components
- Monitor digital employee experience metrics and endpoint health
- Collaborate with IT operations teams to diagnose and resolve issues
- Configure dashboards, investigations, and campaigns within Nexthink
- Support continuous improvement of IT service delivery through data-driven insights
