An opportunity exists for a Nexthink Administrator to manage and maintain the Nexthink digital employee experience platform, supporting end-user computing environments and IT operations.
About the role
The employer is seeking a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Nexthink platform within the organisation's IT environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Nexthink infrastructure including Engines, Portals, and Collectors
- Creating and managing Nexthink investigations, dashboards, campaigns, and remote actions
- Monitoring end-user experience metrics and working with IT teams to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Troubleshooting platform-related incidents and ensuring high availability of the Nexthink environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to support digital workplace initiatives
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Nexthink administration and a solid understanding of end-user computing and IT service management principles. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
