About the role
The organisation is looking for a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join its IT operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Nexthink platform, supporting digital employee experience initiatives and ensuring the environment runs reliably and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Nexthink infrastructure and components
- Creating and managing campaigns, investigations, dashboards, and remote actions within the platform
- Monitoring end-user device health, application performance, and network connectivity using Nexthink analytics
- Collaborating with IT support and operations teams to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Generating reports and insights to drive improvements in the digital employee experience
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nexthink administration, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and endpoint management, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
