The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Nexthink environment operates efficiently, supporting IT teams in gaining actionable insights into device performance, application behaviour, and user experience across the organisation.
- Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform
- Monitor end-user digital experience and IT infrastructure health
- Support IT operations teams with data-driven insights from Nexthink
