A Nexthink Administrator is sought to manage and optimise the Nexthink digital employee experience platform, supporting IT operations and end-user environment monitoring.
About the role
The organisation is looking for a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join its IT team based in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Nexthink platform to ensure optimal digital employee experience across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities will include configuring and managing Nexthink components, monitoring end-user device health and performance, and generating actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support IT decision-making.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain the Nexthink infrastructure
- Monitor end-user computing environments and proactively identify issues
- Build and manage campaigns, investigations, and dashboards within the platform
- Collaborate with IT support and operations teams to resolve endpoint issues
- Ensure platform health, upgrades, and integrations are managed effectively
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in enterprise IT environments will be an advantage.
