About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled Nexthink Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Nexthink platform, ensuring optimal performance and visibility across the end-user computing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Nexthink infrastructure including Engines, Portal, and Collectors
- Creating and managing dashboards, investigations, campaigns, and remote actions within the Nexthink platform
- Monitoring end-user device health, application performance, and user experience metrics
- Collaborating with IT and support teams to identify, analyse, and resolve endpoint issues proactively
- Generating reports and providing actionable insights to improve digital employee experience
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering the Nexthink platform, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and endpoint management, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with ITSM tools and familiarity with scripting will be an advantage.
