A performance marketing agency based in the Greater Lucknow Area is looking for a skilled Meta Ads Executive to join its growing team. The role centres on managing and scaling paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to deliver measurable results for clients.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Conduct audience research and build targeted ad sets
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns, a strong grasp of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and CTR, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager is essential.
