A growing performance marketing agency based in the Greater Lucknow Area is looking for a Meta Ads Executive to join its digital advertising team. The role is focused on delivering measurable results for clients through strategic paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and continuously optimising Meta ad campaigns. This includes audience research, creative briefing, budget allocation, performance tracking, and reporting against key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, and CTR.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting research
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ad creatives and copy
