The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of coordination between international or domestic buyers and the production units, managing order tracking, sampling, approvals, and shipment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with buyers for order confirmations, tech packs, and approvals
- Liaise with factories to monitor production timelines and quality standards
- Track samples, lab dips, and bulk fabric approvals
- Ensure on-time delivery by proactively managing critical paths
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
