An established apparel buying house based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join its team. The role sits at the heart of the buying and production process, requiring close coordination between international or domestic buyers and in-house manufacturing units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end order management, from initial buyer communication and sample development through to production follow-up and timely shipment. Strong attention to detail, an understanding of garment construction, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously are essential to performing well in this position.
- Coordinate with buyers on order requirements, approvals, and feedback
- Liaise with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Track sample development and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of order status and communicate updates proactively
