About the role
The Material Purchase & Instrument Delivery Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end procurement of materials and managing the delivery of instruments as required by the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and purchasing materials in line with organisational requirements
- Coordinating and tracking the delivery of instruments to ensure timely receipt
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and confirm orders
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes and documentation standards
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain operations, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with instrument handling or technical equipment logistics will be an advantage.
