About the role
Marketing Analytics Manager – India
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics professional to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence business growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to measure campaign performance, understand customer behaviour, and optimise return on marketing investment across digital and offline channels.
This is a high-impact position where your analytical thinking will shape how we allocate budgets, target audiences, and design customer journeys. You will be responsible for building robust reporting frameworks, developing predictive models, and presenting findings to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and strong business acumen, with the ability to translate numbers into narratives that drive decisions.
Our organisation values a data-first culture, and this role is central to that mission. If you are passionate about uncovering patterns in data and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into campaign metrics.
- Analyse multi-channel marketing data across SEO, paid media, email, social, and offline campaigns to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
- Build and manage attribution models to accurately measure the contribution of each marketing touchpoint across the customer conversion funnel.
- Conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support targeted marketing strategies and improve lifetime value (LTV) projections.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to run A/B tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistically sound conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Develop forecasting models to predict campaign outcomes, lead generation volumes, and revenue impact based on historical data and market trends.
- Work with CRM and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all marketing analytics pipelines.
- Present monthly and quarterly marketing insights reports to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognised Indian or international university.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads reporting ecosystems.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders at leadership level.
- Strong understanding of Indian digital consumer behaviour and regional market dynamics is a significant advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive CTC with performance-linked annual bonus and regular salary reviews aligned to market benchmarks.
- Comprehensive health insurance covering employee, spouse, children, and parents, including cashless hospitalisation benefits.
- Flexible hybrid work model with work-from-home options and modern office facilities in a prime metro location.
- Dedicated learning and development budget for certifications, courses, and industry conferences to support continuous growth.
- Paid leaves, festival holidays, and an employee wellness programme promoting a healthy work-life balance.
