About the role

Marketing Analytics Manager – India

We are looking for a data-driven and analytically sharp Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw marketing data and actionable business strategy, helping our teams make smarter, faster decisions across campaigns, channels, and customer segments. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to build a robust analytics foundation that drives measurable growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for designing measurement frameworks, building dashboards, and delivering insights that directly influence how we allocate budgets and engage customers across digital and offline channels in the Indian market. Experience with India-specific platforms such as JioMart, Flipkart, Meesho, or regional digital ecosystems will be a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills paired with excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical teams and senior leadership. If you are passionate about turning numbers into narratives and analytics into outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain end-to-end marketing measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution models and campaign performance tracking across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Build and manage interactive dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into marketing KPIs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value (LTV), and churn to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize ROI across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms, using data to guide budget allocation.
  • Develop and monitor A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
  • Work with CRM and data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured marketing data pipelines.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Track and benchmark key metrics against industry standards and competitor performance within the Indian market landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data role, preferably within an Indian or multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; working knowledge of Python or R is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, funnel analysis, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, FMCG, fintech, or EdTech sectors within India is a significant plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-linked bonuses aligned to industry benchmarks in India.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with options to work from our offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Gurugram.
  • Access to premium learning platforms including Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, and sponsored certifications in analytics and marketing technology.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for self, spouse, children, and parents, including mental wellness support.
  • A collaborative, high-growth work environment with clear career progression pathways into senior and leadership analytics roles.
