Marketing Analytics – Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Analytics professional to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy, helping the business make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business growth.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining analytics frameworks that measure campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing ROI. You will leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, and advanced BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI to deliver dashboards and reports that inform strategic planning across digital and offline channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to contribute to a high-performing analytics culture. Whether you are optimising a paid media campaign or building a customer segmentation model, your work will have a direct and visible impact on the company's revenue and brand presence across the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio for senior stakeholders and marketing teams.
- Build customer segmentation models and audience personas using CRM data to support targeted marketing initiatives and personalisation strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across landing pages, email campaigns, and paid advertisements to improve conversion rates.
- Perform attribution modelling to accurately measure the contribution of each marketing channel to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to monitor spends, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics, providing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured marketing data pipelines from various sources including CRM, web analytics, and ad platforms.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence role, preferably within an e-commerce, FMCG, BFSI, or technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and modelling is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and at least one major BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Benefits
- Competitive CTC with performance-linked bonuses and annual increments benchmarked to industry standards.
- Flexible hybrid work model with options to work from our offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Gurugram.
- Access to premium learning platforms, certifications, and sponsored industry conferences to support continuous professional development.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, including dental and vision benefits.
- Collaborative and inclusive work culture with clear career progression paths into senior analytics, strategy, or leadership roles.
