We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that fuel business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing investments. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from multiple sources including CRM platforms, digital advertising channels, and web analytics tools to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, ROI, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and implement attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, paid media, and content campaigns, presenting findings to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define measurable goals for campaigns and create forecasting models that predict future performance and market trends.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify customer segmentation opportunities using behavioral and demographic data to support targeted and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks, providing regular reports that inform strategic marketing planning and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Indian or international university.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data-driven role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis, along with strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven team environment.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations including India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles is considered a strong advantage.
