  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments, delivering statistically sound recommendations for optimization.
  • Leverage SQL, Python, or R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources including CRM platforms, ad networks, and web analytics tools.

  • Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging manner.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data analysis role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, along with experience using marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid work options, allowing you to balance professional productivity with personal well-being.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family members, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Access to continuous learning and development programs, including sponsored certifications, online courses, and industry conference participation to support your career growth.
