About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data and marketing strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that fuel business growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to measure campaign performance, understand customer behavior, and optimize marketing investments across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of marketing data from multiple sources including CRM platforms, social media, paid media, and web analytics tools to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key marketing performance indicators such as CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, landing pages, and messaging strategies.
  • Develop customer segmentation models and audience profiling frameworks to support targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms using data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct attribution modeling to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels on lead generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior patterns to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field from a recognized Indian or international institution.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data analysis role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools, along with familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign performance measurement, funnel analysis, and digital attribution models across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
